July 4th

We headed down to Santa Cruz for a day at the beach on Saturday and just enjoyed the sun and sand.
Monday we had a busier schedule. We started with the neighborhood July 4th parade.
Pete and Sydney decked out her bike just for the big event and she was so excited.
Here we are with our friends Heather and Josh walking with all the kids. It was a hot day and by the time we got back to the house Pete and Sydney decided to cool everyone off.

After two BBQs and time at the pool during the day GG was done, but Syd still wanted to make it to the fireworks show. So Pete rode her out to watch it over the bay and she fell asleep in the bike seat on the way home. Here's a pic of the party animal watching the show.

    I love petes shirt in the 4th of July pictures! And Syds bike is sooo cute! Either for His B-day or Christmas we will get Kyler a bike. He rides everyone else's, I think its time for his own:)
