Memorial Day

We spent Saturday paddling around a lake by our house and picnicking with friends. The Larsen and Moss kids were so fun to watch in the boats. It was a gorgeous day and the kids loved being on the water. Syd loved to "help" paddle with her oar.

Adventures with Dad

Whenever I have to leave and Pete is home with Syd, he tells her they are going on an adventure. It doesn't matter if they are taking the train downtown or just going to the hardware store, it's an adventure. Syd loves these times with Dad and I love coming home to hear all about their wild times. I'm a lucky girl.

May Update

We have been busy packing in the fun with Sydney before our next munchkin arrives. Here are some of our fun outings this month:
Girls day out at the zoo with the Tanner ladies(Jacqui doesn't look it, but she is also prego)
Look at these little buddies!
Hanging out at the community garden with the Moss boys-Jefferson getting his hands dirty
A few more trips to Happy Hollow-Syd and Evan are huge fans!
Children's museum with best buds Jackson and Evan
Giants game with the fam. Sydney had so much fun and still loves to randomly break in the chant; "Let's go Giants, lets go" This shot was taken at the end of the game though and she was about to pass out.

Happy Hollow

Sydney and I had a fun day out with Evan and Alaina last week. We went to check out the new kids theme park nearby. The kids had such a great time and Alaina and I had fun watching them explore a whole new world just for little munchkins. Look at these smiles!

Happy Easter!

Now that Sydney is old enough to participate and understand better, all the holidays seem more exciting. It's possible that I had more fun than she did watching her chase after eggs at our church easter egg hunt. She just looked so cute! At first she thought I was crazy telling her to look for eggs in the bushes when we all know they come from the fridge, but once I explained that some had treats inside she dropped the incredulous look and decided it was worth a try. She caught on pretty fast.

Fun with the Tanners

We spent a beautiful night in the city with some of our favorite people last weekend. Who knew you could have so much fun at the wharf? Becca and Syd went nuts over the sea lions, carousel and puppet store there. It's a different world with kids.
